Plumber was very courteous, professional, and helpful with advice. No complaints - work is guaranteed. Only downside: price for the water heater itself was high - could have bought comparable unit much cheaper at HD or Sears, but would then have needed to have it delivered and installed by the plumber anyway. Their work is was very good, which was most important and we would definitely use them again."
