"Wambo's Water Works Technician (Ronald) did an outstand job, in addition to informing me of work completed. He was very courteous. I would recommend Ronald and his company to friends."

"We bought a new dishwasher and had paid to have it installed by the store we bought it from. When they delivered it the guy said they couldn't install it because we didn't have some cut off valve. I didn't know what he was talking about since we currently had a working dishwasher and had no problem with it. Anyway he wouldn't install it without the cut off valve. I called Ken Tyler and he had a man out within an hour to install the valve. No waiting for days or weeks, He came right out. As he has done every time no matter how busy he has been, he has always made the time to show up and help us with our plumbing needs.

"Green Pro has been the business I turn to wherever I need help on my project. I’ve used many of their services including treatment plant, whole house water filter and septic pumping! Their men never stop till that problem is sorted or that install is completed. It has been a joy working with them!"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Feel at ease your plumbing project will be done correctly. Years of experience. Hire ray and no worries. Nice guy."

"Home Complete Solutions took on a project to repair the siding around our roof due to water damage. I called and within 3 days the project was complete. They were very professional and did everything we needed done in 1 day. We will be looking into using them again for a privacy fence install in the near future. Would recommend."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
