"MC Alpha Construction, LLC completed deck replacement for me. From the initial meeting, I felt comfortable with Marcos he was professional and polite. They arrived early every day and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely hire MC Alpha Construction, LLC for other projects around my home in the future."

"Lyman was polite, timely and completed the job very well. He installed mirrors and hung paintings. He has an eye for design and suggested some groupings that were lovely."

"My husband and I could not be more pleased with the outstanding and polite service we received. We wanted to remodel our master bedroom that looked awful, we needed wall paper removal in the master bathroom and also drywall repair on the ceiling. They took care of everything for us they did wonders to our master bed and bathroom. Above all they were very polite and professional. The owner was very communicative and made sure to explain to us every step of the process. Their work exceeded our expectations and their price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."

"We called for an estimate after seeing a deal here on Angie's List. George Andreadis came and gave me a price as well as a pretty detailed and comprehensive overview of the company, their process, my roof, and the cost. He was very cordial and informative...a real nice guy! I felt good about the process and the price when he left so we called to schedule the installation. The crew that arrived were amazing! They were courteous, efficient, and very thorough. Due to my yard and the condition of the roof there was quite a bit more labor involved than anticipated. They plowed right through and made all of the necessary repairs and corrections. Clean-up was treated with as much attention to detail as was the installation. There were no issues whatsoever at settlement time. The price that we agreed upon was the price I paid. During the estimate, George gave me the price for extra plywood that might have been needed and that was the price upon completion. No messing around! We are so pleased with the work performed, George and his crew, and the care we received that we are having them do our gutters as well within the next couple of weeks. I highly recommend Premier Home Renovations!

"When we first met with Lew Merryfield, our home was a disaster.  Smoke and intense heat had made it necessary to completely gut and restore our home.  It was a time of great despair and confusion.  Lew was very reassuring that his company would be able to handle to assignment and allow us to return to a home that was better than ever, and agreed to bid the job in the format requested.
After the contract was signed the Merryfield Construction Group was very active, and progress was made every week.  We opted to hire our own subcontractors for plumbing and HVAC, and an electrical contractor recommended by the provider.  The provider and their staff worked well with the other contractors and were communicative with us during the process.  A promise to never abandon working on our home for any significant period of time was kept.  Building options and recommendations were presented at appropriate times and were appreciated.  Lew and his brother George worked with us to solve problems that arose and we always felt like it was a partnership and that they took great pride in their work.  Additional work outside the original contract and work change orders were appropriate and reasonably priced.
The fire was one week before Christmas in 2013, and we were able to move back in late October 2014.  Although this time frame was slightly outside of the original estimate, it was not considered unreasonable given the nature of the work and the change orders. After we moved in, the provider has done a nice job on following up any problem areas and punch list items.
We are very happy with our "new" home and are confident that the provider will continue to stand behind the work.  The overall job turned out much better than we could have expected.  Lew and George Merryfield, and their staff, particularly Tom Ferry, Sean, and Scott, were always respectful and friendly, and took obvious pride in their crafts.  In conclusion, we are glad we selected Merryfield Construction Group and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others."

"They came on time- Installed the posts returned 2 days later to put up fencing."

"Overall my experience with this company was fantastic. That is saying allot because I am very particular. Originally they finished the job in three days (which was fast considering what they were asked to do). On the last day I called him with some concerns about where the walls met the trim and Vivaldo talked to him men and had that taken care of saying to me 'the most important thing is that you are happy with the job'. He meant it! After the crews left on a Saturday I found ALLOT of places where the old colors showed through particularly above the trim. However, what sets this company apart in my mind is that when Vivaldo (the current owner) came out to pick up the final check that Monday I showed these spots to him and right there he called back one of his best guys to finish the job out right. It took his guy about 7 hours to do it and he left our house at 8 pm but almost everything was perfect at that point! Only after that when I was happy with the work did Vivaldo ask for the final payment. I really appreciated his professional behaviour, his responsiveness to my concerns and his respect for my time and house. I found the quality of their work to be great int he end and for a reasonable price. The crew was quite considerate. They even took their shoes off while they were painting because I have a no show policy! This surprised me because I never asked them to do that and just assumed I would clean up after they left but it definitely made clean up allot easier! There were a few minor glitches along the way including that the painters used a bathroom on the second floor that I asked them not to use even though there was one of the first floor that they could use and they crated the usual amount of mess. However, what stays in my mind is that even with the bathroom incident when I mentioned this to Vivaldo he took it very seriously and made sure it didn't happen again. Once again, I find that my interactions with Vivaldo and his responsiveness to my concerns are what made the overall experience great. I will definitely use them again next year when I plan to paint the next floor!"
