"During our first discussion, Russ provided deep insights into how he handles hardwood floor installation, things to consider in terms of vendors and how he separates himself from his competition. After our first discussion, I knew he was the right person to work with. He was very prompt in addressing my multiple questions prior to and during the project. Early on we spoke about timing, when it would be completed and he did not disappoint hitting the mark. Russ and his team were very professional, providing me daily updates of the status, what they would be handling the following day etc. The most important thing, the floor looks great. I will be recommending RJM Flooring to anyone that is in need of flooring installation."

"During the estimate, this was the only company that expected the chimney on the roof as well as the attic. Provided an estimate on the spot and it was less than there competitors. On the day of the repair, I was called and told the crew was on their way with an estimated time of arrival. The crew was respectful of our home, finished the job in the time frame they anticipated, and cleaned up beautifully. I would not hesitate in hiring this company again! They were excellent!"

The lines where they cut in the paint are perfect. My husband is astonished at how incredible it looks. He is a perfectionist, so that is saying something. They were very professional and great communicators. We have no complaints at all. I will certainly use them again for any future projects. "I have a rental property that desperately needed a hardwood floor facelift. Sam sanded and refinished the second floor and buffed the first floor. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy! I'm very happy with the outcome and quick turnaround."

"Amazing work these guys did. A+ Highly recommend them. They installed 8000sqft of LVP in my business and it came out perfect."

"We purchased this home on a Friday and decided earlier that week that the hardwood floors needed to be refinished before we moved in the following week. Allen stepped up and offered to do the job over the weekend. The house is nearly 100 years old and it looked like a previous owner tried to refinish the floors themselves and it showed. The rooms also have baseboard heat so it made the job a little more tricky. Allen was hoping that he'd be able to get a smooth finish and in the end, the floor looked 1000% better. Allen truly did appear to love his job and in today's society, how many contractors would give up their weekend."
