"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

"Express Drains was the 2nd service I called. The first service tried but was unable to clear the drain. The first service said that I needed to call a company with a more powerful machine, an "eel". I then called Express Drains. Express Drains said that instead of using an eel which was the same type of machine but simply a bigger than that used by the previous company, they used a high pressure hose which would blast away the problem quickly. They came and they cleared the nasty, thick blockage in a short period of time. They left the area clean and I am extremely pleased!!! The photo is the drain "after" the cleaning!"
