The new ducting was immaculate, the pipes were run perfectly, they taped everything, provided a tutorial on the unit, and left it perfectly clean. I've had a lot of contractors over the years and I could not think of a better company to recommend. I almost never bother with reviews, but these guys definitely deserve it. A 5 star company."

"I called on a Thursday.  I had been without water for so long due to my kitchen remodeling.  My countertops were just installed and needed to wait until this was completed to have the plumbing work done.  The woman who sets up appointments was so helpful!  She was able to have someone come the next day to do the work.  They gave me a fair quote and everything was explained to me that morning.  I came home from work that day and everything was done perfectly.  A note was left explaining everything that was done.  I plan to use them for my powder room vanity and for whatever plumbing needs I have in the future.  I will refer them to anyone who is looking for a plumber! <br />"

"Working with Eric was a wonderful experience from the start.  I received a quote from another company that I felt was extremely high for the job. I reached out to Eric for a second opinion.  I explained the situation via e-mail and asked if he could come out and take a look.  He responded right away and was scheduled to come out the following day.  I was working at the time so my husband was home while Eric came to do the evaluation.  He explained everything to my husband, and still reached out to me via e-mail to give me all the details in writing as well.  He gave me a rough estimate of the costs via e-mail (the final cost was going to be determined by how much pipe needed to be cut in case it started to crack as they were repairing it).  I was aware of the maximum cost up front. Total costs for the job ended up being much lower (almost half) of the original quote I received from the previous company I reached out to.  It was well within my budget and Eric worked with me every step of the way so I know exactly what to expect.  He knew our maximum for the job and assured me he would stay within that, if not lower.  Luckily, the bill was much lower than expected! <br /> Prior to the work being done, Eric sent me an e-mail letting me know the names and information for the two men that were going to be performing the work.  The men were on time and did everything in a timely fashion (and clean).  After they were done, I received another e-mail from Eric letting me know exactly how things went .  They also informed me there could be a bigger issue with my sewer pipe.  Instead of charging me an arm and a leg to fix it, he referred me to another company that may be better equipped to handle the situation.  I really appreciated his honesty.  It made me feel like he had our best interest in mind.   <br /> Working with Eric and this company has been an absolute pleasure.  While I hope I do not have any more issues with my home, I know I can use them in the future should anything arise. <br /> <br />"
