"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. Unique was able to get us scheduled within a week or finalizing the contract, just in time in end of April when the first heat wave hit. It has been almost two months now since Henry and Matt installed our new HVAC system (they both were friendly and did an excellent job) and we are truly enjoying it. With a new baby in the house, it is a relief to have this new unit and ability to cool down our house quickly and efficiently. I know it is a lot interviewing and getting quotes from different HVAC companies - it is a big investment. "Very professional and prompt service. They had been "nursing" my system for the last few years until it finally gave out. On thing to note ..... as time goes on, the cost of a new system gets more expensive. When they 1st work on my system, a new one was approximately 5K, then 4 years later, a comparable one was just over 7K. However, the system I had installed was eligible for a $400 rebate from PECO, so at least I recouped a little bit along with MUCH less expensive bills afterward.
