"Julio and his team sanded and refinished about 2,000 sf. of 100-year-old hardwood in our home, as well as adding new flooring to match the old where we had made some changes to the structure. This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. "Had LHI Painting Fox our basement after a blown water heater destroyed most of it while we were on vacation. I contacted LHI to do remediation work on the basement after it’s gotten flooded. They dispatched a Bagster bag dumpster and quickly demoed all of the compromised molded drywall and insulation. They then replaced 3 rotten studs, replaced drywall, sanded everything without making a lot of dust and painted the basement in its entirety including the floor. Their lines were crisp and they worked clean. I recommend them. They are good painters."

I would have appreciated a heads up before the job about how long the finish would take to cure and the odor which is still in my house a week later. I was told at the last minute that I couldn't stay in my house the first night which was a big surprise. An even bigger surprise were the three huge bags of sand from the floors which they left in my driveway. But my floors look great and they did move my heavy furniture pieces back and fourth."
