Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

"Albout 14 units replaced but there were some issues with cabinets that had to be repaired since the employee damaged the doors. The damaged was repaired. There was a clall back on several of the heaters but that was a function of the heater manufacturer. These items were addressed and put in working order. There was some concern that the heaters were seconds but we were assured that this was not the case. I think the job was too large and smaller jobs will be handled apropriately

"The two outlets were properly installed as expected, there was an additional charge that was notified and agreed before the work was done. My main problem is that they had to open a whole in the drywall to install one of the outlets, they didn't mention this and I found a big whole on the wall after the work was done, the electrician told us it was obvious they would not cover the repair of any wholes needed to complete the work (really?). At the end the company didn't cover the costs of fixing that hole so I had to add an additional $100 to cover the cost of fixing it. Won't be using them again.

I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services.
