They responded immediately to my request for an estimate for leave clean-up, gutter clean-up, and gutter repair. Edwin arrived promptly the next day. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and offered to clean the gutters and fix the gutters on the spot that day while arranging for the leave clean-up the following week. He did a great job on both items. I appreciated that Edwin responded to my weather-related concern to get the leave clean-up done earlier. He somehow squeezed me into his busy schedule to avoid the upcoming inclement weather forecast for our arranged day. Edwin maintains great communication so you know what is going on. He did an outstanding job on the leave clean-up blowing, raking, and bagging. My yard was impeccable. He also fixed the mortar missing in my chimney, something he had noticed when he fixed my gutters. Edwin learned that he also does snow removal so I got on his list for that. "This was my second project with Alvaro and the results are outstanding. The project involved installing a French drain system that included catch basins for roof down spout gutters and sump pump drainage, and channel drains for patio. The catch basins and channel drains led to a drainage pipe, which discharges water at the end of driveway into the street. After several months of observation with heavy downpours, The results are outstanding as this has resolved several issues (sump pump drainage, standing water in yard and runoff water from patio). Alvaro is very meticulous in his work and pays attention to detail."

"The new parking pad and driveway Dominic installed literally changed my world!!!! I risk sounding like a TV ad...but I was so thrilled with the final product....and I have done a lot of remodeling and repair work. The new, clean and crisp look of the driveway has increased the property value/curb appeal. And it resolved daily problems I had to drive around in order to use my driveway. Dominic was a true professional...he was punctual, measured efficiently and presented an immediate and clear written estimate. We discussed the pros and cons plus pricing of doing the parking pad and/or the driveway. I was upfront on my financial restrictions which he understood and did not push or play games. I felt he was dealing with me honestly. Initially, I contracted to do the parking pad only, but after the first day and seeing the amount of work and their thorough prep work, I bit the bullet and added on the driveway redo portion. I just wish I could hire Dominic for more work! Repaving work is not cheap. However, Dominic's pricing was very reasonable. I had no idea the amount of work and machinery/labor required for the job and completely understood his pricing. In retrospect, the pricing was more than fair. My job took 3 days hard manual labor. I had no clue it would be such a huge amount of work."
