The Sales Manager, Jeff, came out the following day to give me an estimate. After he gave me an estimate of the flooring I wanted, and where I wanted the work done, I compared pricing with 2 other estimates and contacted Jeff, again. We picked a date for installation. Jeff came the morning of installation to introduce us to his team of workers. After an 8 hour day, I would like to share with all of you my text with Jeff after the team of 5 or 6 young men left.
