He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. "Mikey and Chris did an exemplary job! They arrived on time after calling me to advise their estimated arrival time. They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. They also provided a comprehensive photo album of my roof showing it's current condition and the "before and after" of each repair that they made.
