The biggest job was a roof replacement as well as all the gutters, downspouts and covering of wood trim. The pricing was very fair but most importantly, the work was done as agreed and no mysterious upcharges. The second project was railings for a wide cellarway entry. Again, came as scheduled and the project looks great. The last project was miscellaneous siding repair after our deck was replaced. Again, well done. The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. "Ron came out to assess the condition of my roof. He didn’t try to sell me a new roof or even some pricey repairs. He climbed up and removed a branch that was growing under some shingles at the edge, checked for damage, then looked in the attic (and sent me photos and video) and in a room where I was worried about a possible leak — and he didn’t charge me for anything. He gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate for a new roof, but without any pressure to replace it now. I plan to call him for that in a few years."
