"The job could not have gone any better. I called Gary and explained to him that my mothers existing deck was literally falling down and ask if he could swing by and give me an estimate as soon as possible. He said he would try to go there the next day. He provided me with an estimate and I said he could start the job as soon as possible. The following day he called me saying that the job was going to required more work than he originally thought. All of the wood that the deck was going to attach to was totally rotten. He provided photos of all of the rotten wood and a new estimate of the new work and materials required. In my opinion Gary was more than fair, he could have really gouged me with this new estimate since he had already started the work but the estimate for the new work was very, very fair. After completion of the entire job Gary provided new photos of all work that had to be done since I was not able to be there to review the job. The job they did was fantastic and my mother is so very happy. I would definitely hire Perryhall Remodeling again and I probably will for my house."
