Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. The quality of the repair is great—I can’t tell there was ever a hole there. The only hiccups were with scheduling. The technician first showed up a week earlier than scheduled. Then, he failed to come on the correct date (apparently he had an emergency, but JW failed to inform me). JW customer service was polite and helped me both times, and the third time was the charm. I did have to point out to the technician some places that he missed. Twice. But he was very polite about it, and in the end I’m very happy with the quality."
