We brought E T Landscaping in with a wide scope of services to include tree removal and stump grinding, weeding, mulching, aerating, and seeding work as well as putting down some gravel. Upon completion of the work, Julio advised that in order to do it properly, he would need to do some additional work that wasn't originally in scope, but that he wasn't charging us extra. We cannot overstate how much it meant that Julio wanted to do the job well vs. just checking the box. The before and after of the property was astounding and it's hard to believe how much they were able to accomplish. We would highly recommend E T Landscaping to anyone looking to transform their property or just looking for help in maintaining it."

"My lawn was a disaster. Erosion had killed off most of the grass and most of the yard turned to mud whenever it rained or snowed. Troy proposed a plan to improve drainage by running drain pipes from all of the downspouts, and then adding top soil and sod. Afterward, I followed his watering instructions to a tee, and the yard is now absolutely beautiful, and we don't have rivers flowing through the yard when it rains, either. He added fabric and rock under our deck, too. The price was reasonable for the work, and Troy and his crew were polite and responsive. A great experience, and I would use Superior again."

Our front steps were unevenly spaced with an almost 10" drop to the first step.  Mr. Langhorne explained how they would bring the steps into code and keep them from separating from the porch again.  His sons arrived on time and completed the job in one day as promised.  Something that was not planned for, but turned out to be unavoidable was the fact that the railing needed to be removed, as the angle was now wrong.  Not to worry a call was made to a guy who could assist with the iron work to replace the hand rail.

Caution tape was posted around the steps so no one would walk in wet concrete.  They not only cleaned up our yard but also replaced the grass divots removed before the steps were poured.  We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Langhorne Concrete services in the future.

"I was blown away by the work performed by Falls Church Paving Company. They returned my initial call in less than 24 hrs and began our project within 2 business days. Unlike the other companies that I received quotes from, Falls Church Paving used a crew of 4 to 5 and over $100K worth of equipment to include a paving machine and a vibratory roller. FC Paving removed and hauled away my existing 20 yr old driveway, installed 21A stone gravel base and widened the right and left sides of my driveway using 3" of asphalt. We had suffered occasional blockages of the kitchen double-sink drain from use of the disposal, and Adam discovered that the double trap was causing waste matter to settle in the line, eventually plugging it. After we discussed solutions, I had him replumb it with a single trap and a built-in drain line cleanout. He did a thoroughly professional job. I'm grateful that Pipe Doctor was so prompt in sending him out; he was there within two hours of my call. It cost a bit more than I expected, but I was willing to do it right rather than have to do it again, and the price was fair for the work involved."

"I contacted them via phone and left a message describing the job I wanted done . They phoned me a couple of days later and asked about the size of the tree and the location so they would know
what tools were needed. They said that sometimes they need to use the truck to pull the roots up. I gave them a description of the tree and its location and they quoted me a price of $210 over the phone. I sent them a picture via my iphone of the tree and the road in front of my house. They reviewed the picture and said they could do the job. I really appreciated discussing the job with them on the phone as another company I called did not.They said they could do it the next day in the late morning and I told them to come on out! They arrived at my house around 10 am and they were able to make quick work of the job. They  first cut the tree down with a chain saw and then dug the roots out with a pick axe and did not have to use the truck.They didn't damage any of the surrounding plants in my flower  bed. They also dumped some topsoil I had bought into the hole left by the roots. They took all debris with them and cleaned up my sidewalk afterward. They were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job!

Mike came out and drafted several options for the walkway, we ended up changing the direction of the walkway and replaced the ugly concrete that was there with a beautiful brick and flagstone path. Also, I had been having issues with people cutting the corner and driving on the lawn-- Mike designed an island with small boulders that will discourage folks from using my lawn instead of the road! It is both effective and beautiful. In addition, for no extra fee, they did many little extras that really made the experience exceed my expectations"
