"Kevin McCray and his team did a drive through the neighborhood and knocked on my door to ask if I wanted my trees trimmed. I have received several quotes in the past from professional arborist companies which were very high so we could not complete the work even though it was in serious need of being done. McCray's quote was very fair, and while it didn't cover the full extent of work our past quotes had, it covered the main areas of concern for me so I decided to move forward. <br />if you are looking for a place that will provide full written contract and such, this is probably not the service for you. However, if you are budget conscious and just want a job well done, then they are great. Very professional and courteous team, did work safely with no damage to our house or yard and cleaned up after themselves so you can't tell they were even here. Walked through the scope of work before and after to ensure we were on the same page about what was to be done and for what price. And no money exchanged hands until I was walked through and happy with the result. <br /> <br />I can't speak to their other landscaping work as I didn't have any done, but they do offer other landscaping services as well."

When we met with Mr. Elder Ramos (the Owner), he was extremely knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time providing us with color/texture recommendations, and explaining the entire process, start to finish. Mr. Ramos provided us with a proposal within 24 hours, which was great as we had to wait several days to receive quotes from other companies we were considering. After reading other reviews on Angie's List and Yelp, and meeting with Mr. Ramos, we decided to give Haijoe Stamped Concrete Specialist our business. From the moment the crews came on-site, they worked expeditiously, were extremely friendly, and their work was impeccable - they cleaned as they worked and were very meticulous in how they completed the patio work, poured the concrete, stamped the pattern, and sealed the patio (they even power-washed when they were done). "From the very beginning, Big Dog Concrete Construction was professional and responsive.  I was kept fully informed by Ms. Moses and Ramos about what was required and when the work would start.  Despite the unusual weather we have been having, the work started on time as promised and Ramos and his crew worked efficiently and diligently to remove and replace my sidewalk.  The workers were pleasant and cleaned up the area before levaing my home.  I couldn't be more pleased with how things were handled and the quality of the work.  My sidewalk and stoop look great and I wouldn't hesitate to re-hire Big Dog Concreete Contruction Compnay in the future. <br />"

"My experience with Greystone was outstanding from start to finish. They installed a large stamped concrete patio with a block retaining wall and widened my driveway. Both jobs turned out fantastic. The driveway took extra coordination with VDOT, and Greystone worked with the VDOT representative and took care of everything. The crews were careful with my yard and brought plywood to minimize the impact of the heavy equipment and materials. When the driveway was installed they took extra care to cover it and protect it from the weather. A separate crew came after each job to clean up, both did an outstanding job. On both projects one of the owners stopped by to ensure things were going smoothly. My experience with the estimate, design, scheduling and installation and with everyone I dealt with at Greystone was outstanding. I'd use them again on any concrete or block project."

"We had a patio installed in our backyard. We met Bill from Sharper Cut at a home improvement show in Upper Marlboro. He was very professional from the beginning and scheduled a follow up meeting for us to come out and meet with him on that day. Before we had the meeting, he came out to the property to take pictures and see the layout. We had previously had a drawing which we sent him ahead of time. When we met with him, he had prepared several different options for a patio, including landscape. He listened intently to what we wanted and implemented it, including the seating wall, pillars and lights. He was very patient, showed the designs, modified them based on our questions and requests, and explained things very clearly. When there was a delay with a stone that we originally chose for the patio, he had us choose another stone to our liking, without making any adjustments to the price. The crew that did the work, showed up timely and were extremely professional. They would have been completed on time but got delayed because of rain storms that soaked the yard. However, as soon as it dried up they came out and finished the project. We are extremely pleased with the patio and all of our neighbors that come and see it, absolutely love it. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors and would encourage anyone looking for quality work to be done for them to consider Sharper Cut. They are awesome!!!!"

"The team from Bright did an excellent job. They arrived on time or early, let themselves into the backyard where the job site was, and worked non-stop all day. They kept the work area tidy and cleaned up each evening before leaving. They worked in 100 degree heat 9 hours a day until they finished the project and brought in additional help as needed. They are the most professional, courteous, and quality-oriented team we have ever worked with. They have done 5 or 6 masonry projects for us and each one was absolutely perfect. I would recommend them 100%! They are the best in the area - true artisans with such a high degree of professionalism. It is always a wonderful experience to work with them."
