BATHROOM: Remove old tile, and install new tile. Mr. Ford is a skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work. From the estimate, to the final payment, he impressed me with his professionalism. He was here when he said he would be, and has the tools necessary to do the job right. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about his trade, making suggestions that elevated my original ideas. He was courteous, friendly, and conscientious about his work. He took the time to clean up the worksite daily. Jonathan does excellent work! He treated me fairly, was flexible, and stayed within my budget. I never felt pressured to upgrade. He was a pleasure to work with, and I have already spoken to him about completing my next project."

I never hesitated to ask if I had a question and Andy always took the time to respond and explain things in a way I could understand. Andy did a lot of the work himself, but his sub-contractors were also superb. Despite the fact that my kitchen was completely torn up, the house stayed surprisingly clean, they always left the site in great condition at the end of the day and were very respectful of my time and space. Even though the job was completed a few months ago, Andy has stayed available to me as I have had one or two silly little questions come up - he's been quick to respond and make sure I am satisfied and have the information I need. Andy's pricing and estimate upfront was clear and straight-forward and again, no surprises or anything questionable on that. Very fair cost for the quality of work and professionalism. I will be doing additional work (bathroom remodeling) in the next few years and would not go with anyone else besides Andy & Scott's Home Renewal.
