He carefully explained the issues and showed me images of them. He had advised on a prior job involving my crawlspace involving jacking up an area under the crawlspace, which was very successful. He is a credit to his company. He was personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful in addressing the moisture issues in my crawlspace. I also want to give credit to the wonderful office staff who serve a vital role to their company. Both Kristen and Nicole exemplify all of the characteristics any company would want from the personnel who serve as the first contact customers experience when contacting a company for service. "I contracted Virginia Foundation Solutions because of an issue I had with water seeping through the concrete/cinder block wall to the garage during heavy/steady rains and would install a weeping tile and pump system. The crew that came out to the job site, Joel, Alex, Tomas and Jacke known as "The Blue Crew", were on time and started the work right away. They were cognizant of the plumbing to the water well and the electrical on that side of the house. They were very careful during the excavation. The work took a good part of the day, and when it was completed, I couldn't have been happier with the overall results. I had brick pavers that I was able to incorporate into the landscape to frame out the upper layer of rock that was applied over the drainage rock and weeping tile/tubing. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through DT Electric LLC. Thank you again, Virginia Foundation Solutions and DT Electric in assisting me to resolve my water intrusion problem."

The product is not even very effective. I have watched them perform the service via my home security system while I have been away and the yard guard is a joke. They casually apply it around the perimeter of your home, but isn't it intended to guard your entire yard? This company is a joke. Never again."
