"Kyle came over last November to give me an estimate. He also estimated the replacement of several other, older existing windows. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Having received several other estimates, this company's estimates were very reasonable and their warranties were outstanding. I was also impressed by Kyle's knowledge and his non-aggressive approach.  <br /> I decided to only have the cellar windows replaced and Kyle informed me that the windows would arrive and be able to be installed sometime mid-January. Three gentlemen came yesterday afternoon as scheduled and installed my new windows and also installed five replacement sashes for windows on prior warrarnty (from others by previous owner) where the seals had broken. <br /> I could not be more pleased. The new windows look and function great. The crew that installed all the windows and sashes were excellent - they protected all my adjacent property and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. They even cleaned parts of windows they didn't install; if they had to move something out of their way during an installation, they made sure to place in back exactly where it had been. Overall, an excellent experience. <br />"
