"Double wall oven had an intermittent issue for over two years. When it first started, another company's tech recommended replacing the control and power boards. I did that at a cost of over $600 in parts alone and the problem remained. We decided to live with it after spending that much, but it recently failed completely. Contacted Quick & Eazy Appliance Repair through HomeAdvisor and Josue called almost immediately to set up an appointment for the next day. He and JR came out and spent almost two hours diagnosing the problem. Turned out it a small internal fan wasn't working so they got a price and delivery for it and gave me a quote to replace it on the spot. The only part I wasn't completely comfortable with was having to pay for the entire repair - not just the part - up front before they would order the part. Turned out fine, but not what I've had to do with other service people. Anyway, the part came in sooner that expected and they came out two days later to put it in. Problem solved. After two years of frustration, I wish I had called Josue in the first place. I was an engineering manager and my team had to troubleshoot problems all over the world. I found that someone who can find the difficult problem is very rare and give Josue a lot of credit for his skill in finding this one."

"Kitchen Center was excellent!  They were completely professional and patient with inexperience.  In a matter of a few meetings, we jointly converged on a beautiful set of cabinets and vanity that met and surpassed my needs. 
The design work was complete and detailed (no surprises on delivery).  I was given ample notice and prodding for decision-making to stay on schedule. 
The cabinets arrived on schedule and installed (by contractor) perfectly.

"Alessandro and his crew (our site manager was Tino) are top-notch professionals.  We had an extensive exterior painting and staining job for 3 separate buildings that required significant window frame and sash carpentry and gutter repair and replacement prior to painting.  Every phase and aspect of the project was done carefully and thoroughly in consultation with the homeowners. For example, we tested (applied) 6 different shingle stain colors, 4 different main house paint colors, and 3 different trim colors, to be sure that we selected the optimal combination colors, and Tino was very responsive and meticulous during this important juncture.  As another example, our rear patio area did not have adequate overhang roof drainage, and Alessandro and his gutter associate came up with a very original and aesthetically pleasing solution.  This kind of quality work does not come cheaply, but I believe that Alessandro's all-in-one pricing approach was very fair and worked well because the crew would either spontaneously or very willingly deal with small issues as they were discovered or arose during the project without us having to negotiate or incur new costs.  I would highly recommend United Remodeling for painting and remodeling projects, particularly if they are extensive or complex."

"Microwave was damaged during delivery but I was unaware at that time. When Mateo plugged it in, it was making an aweful noise. Mateo opened up the back of the Microwave where the damage occurred and investigated the damage. He fixed it, installed the Microwave, and it works and looks beautiful! He took the time and effort to repair a damage caused by another and for that I am appreciative. Would highly recommend."
