"Armando from Express Sewer and Drain assessed the repair and gave me estimates for replacing the ball valve and repairing the section to restore water to the pipe that provides water my front yard irrigation. He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. "This was again a deal on Angie's List. This deal was for the replace of outdoor faucet, water heater flush and leakage detection. 
I was confused with the deal and thought its for any faucet. The engineer clearly explained me the issue and provided me work estimate to replace the faucet for the Pool. 
The engineer performed the work. It took him some more time than anticipated. 
I had given a rating of B only because the other two services which I had purchased were not performed to my satisfaction. The technician performed the Water Heater flush but he did not perform any leakage detection for the plumbing.
The cost of the job was just right. 
The  provider is very good to work with. I feel that there is some tendency to reschedule the job when a deal is purchased through Angie's List. This is the second provider who rescheduled twice.

"I called Crieg looking for someone to help get a rental in top shape so I could sell. He was responsive and very accomodating. He approached things methodically and had attention to detail, I had quite a laundry list of things to get done from as simple as chalking 2 skylights of which one leaked causing damage to the interior ceiling requireing the drywall replacement. Crieg was versatile and was able to handle anything I threw at him. I kept him busy for about 50 hrs and it was money well spent. One of the only people I could find on AL to work on a straight dollar per hr basis.
