"Do NOT use Premier Home Pros. They installed my shower several months ago, took full payment, and never completed the job. The trim was never installed, and despite multiple calls and promises that someone would ?take care of it,? nothing has been resolved. Every time I called, I was either transferred to voicemail, hung up on, or told someone would follow up ? but no one ever did. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. They advertise a lifetime warranty and claim to stand behind their work, but once they have your money, they do not take responsibility. I?m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone."

"They got my walk in Shower done in the time that they had said. They are very good to work with and cleaned everything up. We had a minor problem with the shelves and they came within reasonable time range to fix the shelves. I’m very pleased with them and the company, I would recommend them. "

"The project was for a Retainer wall, grading, french drain ,concrete walkway and then a sunroom. I have given the advance and paid the money for retainer wall, grading and french drain and concreet walkway. But the concree walkway is not done, grading is not done and french drain is also not done. There are a quite number of issues with current work I asked to fix is also not done. The sunroom base is done without permit and he said he obtained th epermit but country says no permit was pulled. Now for last 2 weeks he is not responding to any of my queries."
