Previously, working with Paul's partner Jacek, I had had some brick and stone patio steps rebuilt in 2007 for $3,000 and a front patio and walkway rebuilt with pavers in 2009 for $7,200.  Obviously, I have been pleased with their work.</p> <p>I will admit that sometimes it is hard to get their attention for new work or to get much in the way of paperwork.  Also, since they always seem to have a big backlog, it can be a while before they can start a job. "I contacted Hector the day before we were supposed to have a big snow storm to get an estimate for snow removal. He told me he would arrive at my home that same day to look at the property and give me an estimate. He was punctual and gave me a written out estimate (not just verbal). They removed snow from the sidewalk, 2 driveways, 2 walkways and front steps. They also removed the snow from our car parked in the driveway. They did not shoot the snow at my neighbors' property, which I appreciate. The price was a little high, but his team did an excellent job and were professional and punctual. I am willing to pay a little more since the reliability, quality and professionalism make it worth it. I would recommend them."
