He communicated clearly and if there were any changes along the way he made sure we were aware of what needed to be done and why. He did an excellent job and turned a dull old bath into a sleek/modern luxury bath. The space was small so he helped me realize my vision of what I wanted the bathroom to be. It is now my favorite bathroom in the house. I highly recommend Juan! I will definitely be working with him in future home projects. Thank you!"

We had put off having flooring installed because a good portion of it was ceramic tile and glued linoleum. We imagined it taking days to demolish all of the floors. "I got three bids on this job. Glen was the only contractor that pointed out several safety (trip) issues and said he would fix them and include it in the price. His price was competitive and his workmanship was excellent. He refinished our FR floor from a dark oak stained parquet floor to a natural finish… so good. Our pups had peed and stained some of the flooring. Glen repaired or replaced all of the stained areas. He was always on time and kept us in the loop as to how long the job would take.
