"Our service technician was very well versed in plumbing issues. We had a couple of quirky issues with our new home-- one was murky or cloudy water at various faucets throughout the house. Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. This was confirmed, but we went through a number of tests to rule out other possibilities. Our technician thoroughly analyzed our entire house, the products we installed, and then went away and did some research on his own on our water heater and other products or solutions that we could consider. We were very pleased with his knowledge and attention. The charge was more than fair for the amount of work and time he put into researching our problems. "Beastbay Plumbing was very professional. They reached out right away after my request was submitted through Angi. I thought I might have a mainline that would need to be replaced but they said the meter wasn't showing that so it didn't seem to be the problem. Instead they installed a valve to cutoff the sprinkler line from the house main that feeds the sprinkler valves. This does seem to have been the case. I can replace the sprinkler line that needs attention myself. The other estimate I got to do the same work was higher so the price from Beastbay was good."

She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job.
