Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. This was confirmed, but we went through a number of tests to rule out other possibilities. Our technician thoroughly analyzed our entire house, the products we installed, and then went away and did some research on his own on our water heater and other products or solutions that we could consider. Moore recommended the replacement system that would be more durable and require lower maintenance over time, and wrote a detailed proposal with a floor plan documentation. We were given financing options at the time of signing the agreement, as well. The team- five technicians!- were properly suited with protective gear and followed COVID protocols at all times on our property, inside and out. They wore shoe protectors while inside, kept us fully appraised at every task (all interior registers replaced in 11 rooms), and were extremely respectful of our space, privacy, pets, and kept noise and speaking to low levels. (our extremely friendly indoor cat got lots of attention from the team!) The work required three days to fully replace all ductwork in a two-story home with attic and crawl space, and Paul the team leader would check in with us each morning with a briefing of each days' activities.
