However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."

He made himself available right away on Jan. 1st and 2nd (no holiday fees) and solved our issues so I have time to sit and review him today. He works around the Atlanta area and does new installations as well as repairs that are located quite a distance from his home. His skilled helper, Kevin, and Mike worked very hard to quickly resolve our problems and we will not hesitate to call Mike the Plumber in the future!"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
