"Chandler and Jackson were very prompt, professional, courteous and tidy. They got the job done within the time that they said. Chandler explained the work in detail, and answered all my questions. Iâ d definitely recommend Englandâ s if you need a new hot water heater."

"It went very well. Ross and crew showed up early and did a major repair to all the main bathroom fixtures where a leak was discovered behind the bathtub wall. The work was done in half a day with minimal disruption to the bathroom itself. There was less tearing up than expected and water pressure restoration was a bonus. I would DEFINITELY call this crew again for major plumbing repairs! KUDOS to you and your crew Ross!!"

"Amazing!!! Quick and easy. Rob also looked at our water heater system without us even asking and gave other suggestions for maintenance and possible problems that could potentially arise in the future. Very helpful."

"Joe and his entire staff are absolutely excellent.  I purposely picked this company based on Joe DiBiase education and experience combined with being a smaller company being more responsive to their customers and that is just what I got for three years now.  Joe also installed a new ductless mini split heat pump in my lower garage for yard tractors and gator.  He also installed new Trane heat pump in basement when I had built out last year.  Both installations were quality jobs at a competitive price.

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"Ryan install a new water heater , Job was done quickly and he explained every thing that he had done and answered all questions i had . Cleaned up everything , i would use this company again"

"Old water heater tank was leaking. Called MCR Tuesday morning. Person on phone connected me to plumber, Josh. He came later in the afternoon and spent a lot of time discussing possible install options. Later, in the evening, Josh sent quotes for the two main options we had discussed. The prices were in the range of other quotes. After talking with my wife, we decided to go with one of Josh's proposals. The choice was largely influenced by the thoughtful, thorough work Josh had shown during his visit and the timely, complete proposals he sent, and, of course, the price. I signed the agreement form that was included with the proposal and paid the required deposit. Wednesday morning Josh and Jordan showed up a little past 11am. They went right to work, removing the old heater and installing the new. Josh's work was as good as his visit had suggested. The project was completed shortly after 2pm!"

"Outstanding support from ValDel. Tim Cullen went above and beyond with his technical expertise, customer service and professionalism. He had an equally outstanding assistant on the second day during the removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one. I highly recommend this team. Also, greatly appreciate the military discount. It's never expected, but always appreciated."

"Excellent. Water heater failed on a Sunday and was replaced by noon on Monday. Tyler Miller did an excellent job!"
