Get matched with top landscape minor grading or resloping pros in Valley-Glen, CA

"I just want to say that I had the best experience working with Brandon and Ozzie. As a doctor, I donâ t have a lot of free time to do any landscaping myself nor do I have the skills or equipment necessary. These guys are fast, professional, and affordable, A+ My yard was completely transformed. Really happy with the results."

"This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive, capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."

"Amazingly, it was 90 feet of fencing. He did it piece by piece and even reinforced the bottom so that no "critters" could enter our patio. All was done in 2 days, and he even did a few little touch-up things with the landscape. we are considering having him do a stone wall at the property line shortly. We are very happy with his work"

"This review for Regal Construction is overdue but I can recommend this company with more confidence now since I have never seen a construction company (or any companies) stands by their work beyond the scope of the agreement. My husband and I have experienced six contractors since 1998 for remodeling and landscaping of our homes. Being matched with a reliable, competent and civilized contractor seems to require more than online research; Rather, you need a luck equivalent to the chance of jackpot in Vegas. For our current home, we planned the remodeling of the entire downstairs which included kitchen, family room, living room, powder room, laundry room, gym and bathroom. After interviewing several contractors very, very carefully (since we had a contractor from **** in 2016), we decided to work with The Regal; Sean and Shaul. They were very precise with the budget and timeline while explaining each phase of work in detail; nothing too extravagant or too cheap to achieve. We started in March 2020 and finished the project by June as they promised. Most importantly within the budget and timeline plus some extra improvement of the house thanks to their recommendation that eventually saved us a lot of energy and money. I am not saying that the entire experience was as smooth and rosy as it may sound like; There were some moments of tension and questions on the way like any remodeling projects would create. But all within my realistic expectations and any issues were quickly resolved with the sincerity and efforts of Sean and Shaul. They are such civilized professionals that communication was the best part of the whole project (very rare in the field of construction). My husband and I are professionals so dealing with people who are deceiving or irrational has been the most challenging task along with our aging brains. The project manager Shaul was a god sent and he made the whole experience quite comfortable and sane. Also, all their workers were polite, clean and hard-working (again very rare). I have waited to write a review more than two years because I wanted to see how their warranty service would work out. It was beyond my picky expectations! They are highly responsible for their job and extremely prompt, sincere and efficient with any issues related to their work (they don't seem to care about expenses to make sure all is in a great working condition). We are done with our home renovation but we will definitely recommend The Regal to our children or friends with great confidence. It was a good match after all! :)"

"I had the pleasure of working with Solorio Grading & Excavations for a recent project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their team was efficient, friendly, and highly skilled. They tackled the job with precision, ensuring that everything was completed on time and to the highest standard. The equipment was top-notch, and their attention to detail was evident in the quality of the work. I highly recommend Solorio Grading and Excavations for any grading or excavation needs—trustworthy, reliable, and outstanding service all around!"

"Could not be more pleased with our experience with TheDrainCo. Mark (owner's husband) came out and completed the job within a couple hours of my initial call. Problem turned out to be a worn/split hose from the washer which was leaking out onto the floor, but he also augured (?) out the outside drain pipe, and fixed an unrelated minor issue on a nearby bathroom faucet."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Randy is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.  A contractor came out to estimate replacement of the garage door after it had broken.  He recommended that the garage floor be re-paved otherwise there would be gaps on both corners of the door. Replacing the garage concrete floor was not an expense that we had planned for or wished to spend a lot of money on.  We asked for three contractors to give us an estimate to replace the entire floor.  Randy's initial estimate was the cheapest.  Moreover, he was the ONLY one to even suggest that only the strip underneath the door be replaced if we wanted to save money.  He started early on the day he said he would come and worked in the garage with nobody home - very trustworthy.  I would definitely hire him again when we decide to extend the driveway."
