"We had The Water Heater Company come out to service a Navien Tankless Water Heater and the experience was excellent from the initial call to the same day service and completion of job. Our technician Leo was fantasitc - friendly, knowledeable and fast. Truly an expert, he was quick to connect with the manufacturer and identified a few issues from the original installation from another company that were not up to code. He provided an estimate on the spot and had all the tools and parts necessary to complete the job. I highly recommend this company and Leo."

"They changed the heater quickly, removed the old one for the agreed price. The price was the lowest of 4 quotes. Apparently they have a stock ready as they started working immediately after I accepted their quote."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"They promptly answered my request to repair my water heater. During the conversation, I asked about a tankless system. Mr. Leon explained the advantages and I purchased the tankless system. It was installed the next day and I am very happy with it."

"They came out on a Sunday to assess a water leak. They diagnosed the problem and returned on Monday to fix everything. Highly recommended."

"Hector was very knowledgeable and professional. They responded quickly to my request, gave me s bid on the spot and showed up on time when the waterheater installation began. I was pleased with the quality of the work. Highly recommended."

"The team of this company which included Samuel, Agapito and Sergio did a wonderful job. The job was really hard. It included removing an old water heater from a small cabinet under the stairs and placing a new heater which was taller. I am very grateful for their job."

"100% recommend. Very professional in every way as the other reviews say. Geremias and his nephews installed a tankless water heater for me, and it works great. Punctual, responsive, communicative, trustworthy, and the best price. I couldnâ t ask for better."

"Giovanni reached out to me after I submitted a request through Home Advisor. My water heater started to leak after the recent earthquake that I needed to replace the whole new unit. I wanted a tankless water heater, but the cost and time frame did not workout for me since we needed it right away. I decided to go with the traditional water heater, same brand as the current one that came with the house and it was a trustable brand. Giovanni even checked our pressure valve which needed replacement as well. It took him the whole day to finish from purchasing the parts to installing everything. Once he was finished, he educated us and it was a done deal. He will be my go to plumber. Very honest, nice, and answers all questions."

"First to arrive to provide a quote on Saturday mid day and were willing to do the install the following day first thing on a Sunday morning. Knowledgeable and skilled as far as I could tell and very professional but also down to earth."
