"Quintin and his team were here at 10:00am on the day of the appointment. They worked diligently for 3 1/2 hours straight removing old grass, preparing the area, and installing the new fescue sod. "It was okay. I didn't see the people. They came, did their work and left. I wanted aerating and over-seeding. I don't know if they had gotten a big response for their advertised price but I felt they came out kind of late and they didn't leave much time for grass to grow in the fall. Actually, I was a little disappointed in how long for them to come out. It was actually later towards the end of October before they actually got here, maybe the second week of October. They were good. There wasn't any additional cost. The price was really good that's why I scheduled the service with them."

"Technician Shelby arrived on time and called in advance (as requested) before arriving. Shelby and I walked the lawn and I described in detail the issue. Shelby then went to work - increasing the water flow of certain sprinkler heads and then we together reviewed the zones and the water flow into each zone. Shelby was (is) a customer service professional. His knowledge (20+ years) and positive attitude were very much appreciated. My experience with Allen Outdoors has always been positive. From Steve (President) who designed my system and negotiated the price - to Melissa (Service Coordinator) in the office - to the various technicians (Shelby, Tim and others) who have worked on my system - all have a strong focus on customer service and getting things right.
