As with the other fence, all of the support poles where straight as an arrow and secured with concrete. When the fence was finished, it was uniform along the top and bottom rails. I have built my share of fences in the past and know good work when I see it. My health won't let me do this type of work anymore and it's the first time I ever hired a contractor to do it. Dave is a perfectionist like me and I appreciate his efforts."

The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."

He recognized my name/request and said he was sick the previous week which was why he didn't return my call. He came to our home and I showed him the work to be done. He said we couldn't replace the sink without ruining the granite countertop so that project was scrapped. For the electrical and ceiling fan work, he said he was busy for the next two weeks and recommended we use Kevin at Shea Electric who he would pass our number on to. (I kind of got the impression he didn't want to do the work.) Kevin made an appointment to come out but after calling once to say he would be late, never showed up or called back (that was 4 days ago). I will enter the Shea Electric review under that company."
