"Anthony was my service man. Really nice guy. Responsible, called ahead, arrived promptly and was very personable. The A/C problem was one room of many on the upper level of my home blew out cool air however inadequate and the other rooms warm air which doesn't work in a heat wave. My bills were also really high. The problem was mainly with one of the a/c units not the one for the lower level. Anthony detected a leak, repaired and added coolant, a lot. He spent quite a while at my home and made sure everything wit both my units were working well. I trusted him as well as his diagnostics however I guess since I'm not an HVAC person, you never know.  <br /> The only issue was that the price was costly, although this had nothing to do with Anthony. I don't know how much it costs for coolant but my price shows close to 85 plus per pound. After the initial 215.00.  That being said, my a/c works and I'm happy so all else is irrelevant. I'd call again. <br /> Just a note, it took a week for an appt since with the heat wave everyone has issues. Call early! <br /> Thanks Carini!"
