Get matched with top deck, fence, patio or porch clean and sealers in Valley-glen, CA

"Excellent customer service and professionalism. Quality of work was near excellent (some areas required DIY touchups). Started strong but ultimately 4-star for how they finished the job (rushed or missed noticeable punchlist areas)."

"I have hired one or two contractors before, and for the most part, I have been disappointed. John and Citywide were excellent. I am so happy with the cleaning, sealing and repainting of my deck. I referred him to another person in my building and he did their work as well, and I would happily use this contractor again."

"They came out and gave a free estimate with no obligation. I received a detailed professional bid, which stated what the process would be. They were attentive to cleanliness and protecting our things. I appreciated the follow up afterward to ensure my happiness and that the job was completed. Very professional, communicative, and prompt."

"From the first phone call to the office to get an estimate, to when the estimator came out to bid the job, to when the Forman came out to confirm the work that needed to be done, to the first day the crew showed up to start the job the process was professional and smooth. I would not only recommend Foothill Painting, I would use them again! I was very happy with the attention to detail and the good job Foothill Painting did. The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. The Forman took his time to help us and make sure we choose the right colors for the house. It is apparent these guys take pride in their job! (rare these days) As with any large job there will be things you notice a week or two later that need to be touched up. All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. Not only was everything done to my expectations, it was done with a smile and great attitude! Foothill Painting-Highly Recommended!!!"

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Charles and his crew had to deal with a string of rainy days in the middle of the job, AND the impending Safer At Home lockdown. Other companies might have made excuses or cut corners. Not CRS. The guys did a terrific job, listening to our input and checking to make sure we were satisfied with each stage. Our house was not an easy one to paint dormer windows on a steep roofline, lots of plantings near the house, etc. but they went the extra mile to make sure every detail was to our liking. They had as little impact on us during painting as possible, cleaned up after themselves afterward, and left us with a beautifully painted home for a very fair price. We definitely recommend CRS Painting they increased the value of our home, and the enjoyment and pride we get from it."

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

"Mega Power Electric is an excellent company to work with. Gary and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and will go out of their way to get the job done right. We installed panels and solar battery storage unit in our home and we're reaping the benefits of being clean and green."

"Tony has been Johnny's contractor for the last 8 years and has done a wide array of projects for us. There is nothing he can't do and see's that each project is done with quality craftsmanship. In the last 8 years he has helped us with all of the following and probably more! At the residence he has refinished an ADU structure that holds a brand new office upstairs and a gym facility in the downstairs. A complete swimming pool area. Remodel of stables. Complete development of a 5 acre lot including a 54 tree orchard of different fruit trees. Custom asphalt driveway & go kart track. Landscaping and hardscaping designs, land grading and compacted DG. Complete remodel of 4 kitchens and 6 bathrooms. Complete outdoor lighting system. Tennis court remodel from ground up. Remodel of guest unit. Basically remodeled from fence to fence! We also sent Tony to help with a commercial project that we were working on and he was able to help a tremendous amount with that project as well. Tony is our guy!"
