"I wish I had found Reliant Assembly first!!  When I called Reliant Assembly, Kenny was very polite, professional and knowledgable about my basketball goal and the installation process. After agreeing upon the date, he kept us informed about the timing and process for my installation.  During phase 1 (2 part process), he showed up and did what was necessary for phase 1.  Because of the weather/scheduling, phase 2 was looking to fall on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day).  Kenny knew and understood I had 2 little boys who were chomping at the bit to have their basketball goal installed, so instead of scheduling phase 2 for after the holiday (potentially 3 additional days), he came on on Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend to complete the job.  The result is a phenomenal basketball goal and 2 ecstatic little boys (and parents)!  Thank you Kenny (Reliant Assembly) for making this installation process flow so smoothly.   <br /> One last thing, as Kenny was leaving, I inquired about a mechanical issue I was having with my garage door opener and without hesitation not only did he take a look at it...he fixed it saving me a large deductible!  I would 1000 %  recommend Reliant Assembly and will definintely use them again for any future installation/assembly needs. <br />"

"Diagnosed a microwave repair issue and recommended complete replacement of the unit rather than replacement of the defective control panel, (i.e., cost and installation of the control panel about the same as cost of a new unit).  He was right.  Although an appliance repairman, and not an installer, he agreed to do this install which he did as soon as the new unit was procured.    As has been our experience with Paul Mills before, he delivered highly competent technical advice and service at a very fair price.  We had used Mr. Mills before to repair a refrigerator and washer at our home which is why we turned immediately to him for this job.  Couldn't be more satisfied. <br />"
