"We had our HVAC duct work cleaned as well as the dryer vent. Obviously, it is kind of hard to tell how good the job was done, since it is all enclosed. However, we feel from talking with the technician & seeing what did come out, they did a good job. Also, they were very reasonable for the service. Bob, the owner, explained everything regarding the service very well. They were on time, actually a little early. They were very efficient in getting the job done. Will use them again, maybe this time for carpet cleaning. We also try to use locally owned small businesses, compared to the large companies."

"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

"I couldn't be more please with the results!  Matt and his assistant were punctual and professional and did a fantastic job.  I purchased a house early in 2015 and all the tile and grout in the kitchen and basement bath were not cared for properly for many years.  The kitchen grout had stains and was discolored from dirt and use.  The ceramic tile and grout was cleaned and color sealed and the floor looks like new again.  The basement bath floor slate tile was installed with grout smeared all over the tile surface that was not properly cleaned off, so the tile looked like it was old tile that had been removed from another area and flipped over and reused.  It looked like it had adhesive all over the surface, which was the smeared grout.  It was awful - I tried not to look at the floor when I went in the bathroom.  And the bathroom grout was bad, too.  Matt worked all day to remove as much of the stuck-on grout as possible, cleaned the grout lines and color sealed the grout.  The bathroom floor looks 500% better and the grout looks new.  I also had grout repair and color sealing in the large walk-in shower in that bathroom (which was also not cared for properly).  And Matt and his assistant left my house spic and span; I couldn't tell anyone had done any work when they left except that the tile floors and shower looked so much better. <br /> This tile and grout work was the last in a long line of repairs and cleanups that I did to the house.  I have color sealed grout twice in the past with great results, so I knew what to expect and I care for my tile and grout, so this work should last a long time. <br /> Grout Works will be my go-to for any other tile and grout work I need in the future, and I expect to need it because I have tile in an upstairs bath and a large area of granite tile in the basement. <br />"

"The tech was professional and did a beautiful job cleaning our carpets. We had very minimal staining but the ones we had were removed.We had the master bedroom, spare bedroom, hall, two sets of steps and a family room cleaned. Was told dry time was about 6-8 hours. I just left it until the next day to return things to normal. I would use Midwest again."
