Dave, the owner helped us design our favorite room in the house. Adding new walls, floor and siding to the outside of the house that matched the rest of the house! It is now my families favorite room in the house. Then last year we had a terrible leak in our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. I called Dave immediately and he came right over to take a look. Dave worked with us the whole time and met with our insurance company to help us! Having no kitchen with two young boys was super difficult but Dave and his staff were here everyday working diligently. Again, he sat with us and we were able to design our dream kitchen and bathroom. Whenever I had a question he was only a quick phone call or text away! Fine design has such amazing employees and I could not be any happier with the jobs they have done for us!"

"We got an estimate from Robert Remodeling back in March of 2021 for a complete basement renovation. At that time we also pursued additional estimates from well-known and recommended contractors. "I hired Loja Renovations to assembly a number of furniture I bought online that was very difficult to put together. They came and quickly assembled them with ease. They're very skilled and efficient. Apart from the reasonable cost, I was particularly impressed with their professionalism, their show of care for the customer and their respectful attitude. "Imperial Contracting installed laminate flooring in the hallway. They also applied Thorocoating to the back wall of the house and took care of any repairs to the brickwork. Both jobs were done with good professional standards. I also had several interior rooms painted. This took longer than expected but they did all the necessary prepping of the walls with skim coating before priming and painting. And that is important. The only issue I have is the post-painting clean up should have been as thorough as the rest of their work. But they say they ran out of time."
