"I have had several projects completed by Jakob and his company since buying my home in 2017. From little jobs to big jobs, Jakob is the only person I will trust with my home projects. His crew is reliable and hardworking. Jakob is hands on about EVERYTHING. From material orders placed, to deliveries, to getting permits, to scheduling inspections, to coordinating his crew for different jobs….. I honestly don’t know how he keeps it all running so smoothly. He built us a BEAUTIFUL paver/deck patio a few years ago, and this year he built us a STUNNING covered porch/portico with paver walkway which matches the backyard aesthetic. My neighbors have stopped to tell me how beautiful it is and they couldn’t believe how quickly it was finished. I very much appreciate how Jakob works with me to plan and make my vision come to life. They transformed my dated bathroom by removing the tub and creating a spacious, modern shower with stunning, manually installed ceramic tiling and elegant glass doors. "LI & A Construction completed two projects for us. The first was last summer. Mr. Hetnarien and his team eliminated a section of the houseâ s back deck. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hetnarien again."
