While he was fixing the shower, he noted some "brown" on the shower head. My husband also complained about the water pressure. When they went down to the basement, they saw that the water heater was going to break, since the water was black. He gave us a quote which included a 50 gallon water heater (10 gallons more than what we had) including installation and hauling off our current water heater, which was over 12 years old). "I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"My oil delivery line has gelled up and was blocking my furnace from getting oil. I sat in the cold for 2 days while calling a few companies who claimed they provided 'emergency' service 24 hours a day. Whenever I was able to get a live person on the phone they promised to be here the next day between certain hours. The hours came and went and not a single soul called me or came. I called Moh on Monday night and explained my situation and let him know that I didn't have any heat. He promptly sent me a text telling me he's be here by 10am the next day. He showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would and immediately went to work. He cleared my oil line AND changed my mucked up furnace nozzles that hadn't been changed in years. He was quick, knowledgeable and took him time resolving my issue. He also suggested that I change to gas heat and I'm definitely going to use his company in the spring to do just that. I called him today because my filter is leaking a little and he's going to come back soon to resolve it. I HIGHLY recommend this company and particularly Moh. He's my go to guy from now on!"

"If you need any plumbing done, look no further. If you have a slab leak and you need the problem resolved, definitely don't waste your time looking elsewhere. We had the unfortunate experience, after receiving a water bill six times higher than usual, to learn that we had a slab leak. Different options were explained to us, no pressure was applied. Since our house is over 60 years old, we decided to have our entire first floor repiped rather than jackhammering the problem location and just replacing a small section of the pipe. Ryan M, Brandon, Ramon and Vinny began the project two days later. They were a superb team: professional, competent, courteous and considerate. A slab leak is an anxiety producing issue but Ryan M. managed to allay our fears. He is a combination master plumber and diplomat. Areas of sheetrock had to be cut in order to facilitate the repiping but it was done in a surgical manner. Our set up was a little more complicated because two zones were affected but that was not a problem for Varsity. The team arrived early every morning, worked the entire day and did a great job cleaning up before leaving. In addition to the slab leak repair, we had a combination boiler installed to replace our traditional set up ($800 rebate from National Grid) and some baseboard replaced. The entire project took three days. We have used Varsity for a number of plumbing and heating issues for over five years now, they never disappoint."
