"We have lived in our house for 40 years. In that time, we have worked with a lot of different companies and many different individuals. I can honestly say that Shawn, with The Water Heater Company, is among the best. Shawn is knowledgeable and efficient with great communication skills. And, he was on time, which is huge. He professionally addressed the problem we were having with our tankless water heater, no fuss no muss. We would definitely use this company and Shawn again!"

"They changed the heater quickly, removed the old one for the agreed price. The price was the lowest of 4 quotes. Apparently they have a stock ready as they started working immediately after I accepted their quote."

"Perfectly. They cleaned everything up, explained how the system worked and how often it needs attention, and hauled away the old hot water heater. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and finished before dinner time."

"The repair guy came within the estimated time and resolved my water heater issue, no charge."

"Giovanni was very professional, arrived on time, and kept in contact by phone and message about arrivals, needed equipment, and expected work. He was careful to explain what needed to be done and why and approached work with a positive attitude. The job involved replacing some valves on an exterior faucet set on copper pipes. Afterward, he noticed that the house water pressure was high and found that the regulator was not working so I had him replace that. Overall this was a very positive experience and I would say he is one of the good guys. Give him a call if you need some plumbing work done."

"They came out on a Sunday to assess a water leak. They diagnosed the problem and returned on Monday to fix everything. Highly recommended."

"They responded the same day to my request. Ryan explained the options well. Two men were here for several hours and they even called the gas company to get more information on the incomplete combustion issue that the gas company found."

"100% recommend. Very professional in every way as the other reviews say. Geremias and his nephews installed a tankless water heater for me, and it works great. Punctual, responsive, communicative, trustworthy, and the best price. I couldnâ t ask for better."

"Victor from L.A. Plumbing Pros came out Jan. 28 to start my water heater. He was here within a half hour of his call. He gave me a ball park price over the phone for doing the job but told me when he got here he did not realize I was within a couple of blocks of the Altadena fire. He said there is no charge. He was very gracious and kind and I am so grateful to him. He got the water heater to work in just a couple of minutes. Thanks again Victor."

"Juan came to the house and installed a new gas valve controller for my RHEEM water heater. He honored his over the phone price quote, and did a great job. He even checked my water pressure. No run-around here, just the honest truth from True-Blue Plumbing."
