When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. The crews doing the work were courteous and professional, very diligent in the work performed. Clean-up was great! All gutter debris was removed and all trash on the ground was cleaned up.
