"Eagle and Corey(SP) worked all day to get us heat for the night and beyond. They removed the old heater and also the AC unit. They installed the new heater complete with custom sheet metal ducting to adapt to our HVAC system. They put tarps down to keep the floors clean. They were very courteous and explained the new unit controls and made sure that the new unit was properly calibrated. They did a great job cleaning up both inside and out. The AC unit will be installed when the new patio is complete. All-in-all, we are very pleased with the installation. Thanks guys."

"We just had had to have a new furnace put in because of course when it was very cold ours went out. We called Logan and they came out the next day. Ryan was very nice he walked me through everything we would get how it worked and how much it would cost. Once we decided on what we wanted they fit us in right away. Kyle Q and Hakim were at our house all day and finished in 1 day. They were very nice cleaned up everything and the Kyle went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything! "Hauser inspected an upscale furnace we bought from them. They said nothing was wrong ? including a fan one of their competitors said was going out. 2 weeks later when we first used the furnace, Hauser had to replace the fan. They said they could not predict a fan going out! Apparently their competitors can. We were a few days past our warranty, but Hauser agreed to replace under warranty (parts, not installation). They charged $1,792 for a 20 - 30 min installation, an effective labor rate of $3,600/hr. Numerous calls were ignore except business person explained that this is not an hourly rate, just the price they charge for this installation. This is greedy and unethical. They use linguistic obfuscation, calling it an ?installation fee? ? independent of an hourly rate. It is immoral: a grifter?s flim-flam shell game. An annual labor rate of $7.5 M is not reasonable by anyone?s standards. "
