"Logan's is absolutely amazing--these guys guarantee their work, and I stretched the the very limits of that guarantee. Craig (out of the Dayton office) and his crew were out to my place multiple times to rewire my aging electric heat pump, which seemed to blow any fuse they threw at it, and didn't quit working until it was repaired. Just way above and beyond! I am certain that any other team would've given up, and I would've been buying a new system. With those things as pricy as they are, I'm thrilled to get a few more years of service out of my current system! Logan's is super responsive and knowledgeable, and I'd use them any time."

"We got several quotes from local HVAC providers / installers. We felt the most comfortable with the salesman from Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and I got the best price from them which also included a 2-year membership in their Comfort Club (Spring and Fall service visits to check and tune-up my system). We were an all electric home until a couple of years ago when we added natural gas. When our 16-year old Trane heat pump developed problems this proved an ideal time to switch over to a gas furnace and air conditioner. We stayed with Trane as we were happy with our Trane heat pump. Because we have some space constraints and limitations for our new system, Extreme sent out their system designer the day before the installation to develop a creative solution that met our requirements and efficiently maximized the space with which they had to work with minimum impacts to us. The day of the install they arrived on time, were friendly but very professional and treated our home as if it was their own. They also took the time to answer my questions while the worked. Since it was bitter cold that day, they needed to be in and out all day, and we were without a heating system most of the day, they brought a heavy duty space heater to keep us from freezing until they were done. At completion, showed us how to use the new system including the new programmable thermostat, changing filters, etc. and they cleaned up everything and left our home better than they found it. They then submitted all of our rebate paperwork to Vectren and DP&L for us. We were very impressed with the whole process of buying and installing a complete new HVAC system. I highly recommend Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for and HVAC installation work!"

"Everything from the estimate to the install was way beyond expectations. We had our central A/C replaced with a new Trane system. The price was great....in fact the same Trane was about $500 more from another company! The install went smoothly. They even arrived early to the install. Very nice installers, explained things as they went. They cleaned up any mess they made. The whole process took maybe 2-2 1/2 hours. Now the system is so quiet I don't even notice the A/C kicking on or off for that matter. Overall great experience and an awesome Warranty. I highly recommend them. "Hauserâ s sales manager and the field tech were both Very polite, knowledgeable and clearly communicated in as much technical detail as I wanted the repairs they recommended and why. Our previous HVAC service provider had diagnosed loss of AC cooling as a compressor failure and had quoted compressor replacement at over $3500 or even recommended replacing the matched AC & Evap Coil unit costing $5-$7K depending on the efficiency chosen. I approached Hauser for a second opinion diagnosis for loss of AC cooling and they diagnosed it as a deteriorating but not failed compressor and had it running in half an hour with a new replacement run capacitor and an add-on electrical gizmo â compressor saverâ at total cost of under $400."

"Mr. Wells and his staff worked with us very closely to ensure that we have the equipment that we needed at a price that we could afford.  They provided options for our furnace, answered all types of questions, and guide us to a furnace that will not only address our immediate needs but that has the attributes that will give us a worry-free operation for another 20 years.  The installers were meticulous, enterprising, and hard workers.  They arrived on time and departed only after the unit was operating as advertised.  In addition, this furnace came with a three years maintenance agreement so twice a year Wells will stop by our home to check and tune-up our unit.
