"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "

"Fabulously!! My wife and I have used Patete Kitchen and Bath Design for over 30 years. During that time, we have had two bathrooms and our kitchen completely remodeled. The professionalism and expertise of Patete's work staff is first rate. They are perfectionists when it comes to detail, and they get the job done right....the first and only time. Recently, we noticed that our kitchen refrigerator was getting old and needed to be replaced. The problem was that a shelf in a cabinet that was installed nearly 25 years ago was too low for a new refrigerator that we wanted to buy to replace our old refrigerator.
