"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"The door looks good and the installation went smoothly. There was other problems. While the door was advertised as a "Premium" door the manufacturer offers no type of warranty. When I contacted the seller, he said there was a warranty, but when I asked him to send me a written copy of the warranty, I received no response. I admit i should have brought this issue up before I signed the contract and I would advise anyone doing business with this company to do so. I hope I don't have any problems with the door.

"Every time I called him to fix the door,  he says he has the flu.  This has been over the course of a year and a half.  He just doesn't want to come back to finish the job.  I have paid him and he has not finished it.  I had such a good experience when he was here, and then I asked him to fix something he won't come back to do it. 

When he came to install the door he showed up exactly when he said he would and he brought a helper and he got the job done in one day but he doesn't want to come back to make it right. 

Unfortunately there are some good things that I can say about him, but he is just not interested in picking up the pieces when something goes wrong.   I thought the price was reasonable because it was a heavy job and he had to bring a helper.

The representative from Anderson Windows  that came to our home to see the door said that it was not installed correctly.  I will not use this company again in the future."
