"I needed a small panel of damaged siding under my front porch replaced. It was too small a job for one of the bigger companies so I was fortunate to find Brisema to do the job. Raul came on the day we had scheduled & removed the old siding. He pointed out to me that the bottom of the cedar boards where the siding was to be attached was damp & we needed to wait a day for it to dry. He returned the next day & put up the siding as planned. Everything done very efficiently. No mess left behind. I was very pleased with the results. Would recommend them. They charged a reasonable price & did a great job."

"We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend and hire Side Pro again for any siding, roofing or painting that I need done in the future."

The crew working on the job were also great - reliable, hard-working, tidy, and communicative - we especially appreciated that they asked questions when uncertain on how we'd want particular things handled (e.g. light fixture installation) vs just doing what they thought was best, a pattern we've seen with other contractors. "This company did a five star job. We found plenty of evidence convincing that complete new roofing was needed. The 'Unique Roofing & Home Improvement Co.' took time to look everywhere, including attics--and I went with them. Only one of the six other companies that came to our house even asked if they could look inside the attics. Two of the companies came, but didn't even bother to go up on the roof! Furthermore, this company promised to start that same day, and they did. Two whole days and it was done. The price may have been a bit high, I'm not sure. But their team did very good work. I recommend this company. The only reason I gave them a four star rating is because they were very pushy when trying to get me to sign the contract: 'now or never!' They wouldn't even wait for my wife to come home, so we could decide together. No one likes that! In the end, however, they proved to be quite friendly, and my wife & I were very satisfied with the work they did on our house ."

"This review is long overdue,but I had to wait until heavy rain to confirm that Vicotr had taken care of a heavy leak in my master bath. Water was coming in from above a large window, and I didn't know whether it was a roof or window problem. When I called for assistance this past Spring, Victor quickly responded, arranged his scheudle to be avaiaialbe, and quickly took care of the issue "on the spot," whihc turned out to be a problem with the gutters. I was very pleased with his courtesy, repsonsiveness, and the work completed, as after the last heavy rain days, no water is evident. "

"Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean. "
