"The work was excellent. Great attention to detail and cleaned up when done. Would hire again!"

"Came when they said they would. Did a great job in under the time estimated. Work site was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. These will be my go to guys for future remodeling work."

"Constructed and replaced kitchen counter tops. I was very pleased. I did not do much shopping and have heard that other counter top material can be cheaper, but old counter tops have to be removed, but with Granite Transformations the old tops do not have to be removed."

"Me and my wife have been wanting a roof over our rear deck for some time and finally started contacting contractors to come out to give us estimates. Out of the 6 that came out to look at our house and see what needed to be done only Blaylock builders said they could build it the way I wanted. We have a breakfast nook and a fireplace that extend out from the back of the house making it difficult to put a roof attached to the house there. Not only did the Blaylock team build it just like I wanted it turned out better than I could have hoped. They were able to start building it earlier than expected and finished in a reasonable. If I couldn't reach them by phone or text they always got back to me and returned my messages. Very friendly and polite staff."

"James was personally involved with the roof replacement project. He gave a date to perform the job and his team came on time, and replaced the roof in a day. He is knowledgebable has been in the business for 25 yrs.is honest, very competitively priced and follows up if you should have any questions."

"We have nothing but praise for the his professionalism and work performed l. We added a rear porch to our home. Extremely happy!!"

"I cannot express how easy and wonderful our experience was with Cobalt Roofing and David. Our roof had been damaged during a storm in October 2014. He was present for the insurance inspection and made sure that everything was documented. He also handled the insurance end regarding the cost and making sure we were getting what we needed.
I have never actually use my homeowners insurance, so I was unsure of what to expect. David made the process so simple. He was overly fair priced and gave us multiple upgrades and provided additional services at no cost. He did not require any upfront payment. He was exceptionally professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
The process (with homeowners insurance) takes time, but David was on the job immediately after the insurance approved everything. The men who did the work were efficient, considerate, and hardworking. The roof looks amazing and we are very pleased with the results.
As for the payment process, we did not pay him until after our insurance reimbursement was given to us. He did not pressure or push about anything financial and understood the time frame of using homeowners insurance claims. I was very grateful for how respectful and understanding he was.
Honestly, it was so simple and easy on my end. I kept thinking it was too good to be true, but it was good. I would highly recommend using Cobalt.
