"First let me start withâ ¦I know all of the tradesmen and women are BUSY! Thereâ s never not a need. I respect that. I also value my own time and money. Being a homeowner is stressful and when something goes wrong, you need support and someone you trust that can help you. Iâ m a single mom and I work hard for all that I have. When I began to have a major plumbing issue, I was stressed!!! My home was built in 1900. It has a single pipe drain system to the city sewer. It became clogged (very slow moving) and guess what began slowly backing up into my basement?! You guessed it! Everything being flushed from my home. 𠤢 I called SIX plumbers. You know how many called me back? One, Royal Flush. So informative. So kind. So professional. My stress and anxiety are gone and I can breathe easy again. Listen, owning a home is expensive but Iâ m more than happy to spend my money on quality, professionalism, and a company I can count on! "Our gutters needed cleaning  - it had been a while - so I jumped at the coupon special for gutter cleaning -  I don't really like getting up there anymore.

They were very clear on their communication that no one had to be home for the service and that they were waiting for most leaves to fall - setting up an appointment was not necessary  (and it was very convenient).

Just by chance, though, I happened to be taking the day off and to be at home when the two gentlemen from NE Renovations stopped by.  It turned out to be really fortunate.   They pointed out that the existing gutter guards were pretty messed up (which I already knew)  and asked if I wanted them removed  - I said "sure" and they removed them and took them away at no extra cost.   It took them a while to get the gutters clean  (as I said it had been a while - I think there was at least one small tree up there - and they took their time to do a thorough job).  Their attitude was both very professional and pleasant. 

They made sure everything was flowing right in the gutters and pointed out one leak that I will be able to fix myself very quickly  (I would not have expected them to, since they were out there for cleaning and had already done extra work by removing and carting off the old gutter guards).  It's nice to know that the system is in good order. 

I'm extremely pleased with the service and will likely hire them in the Spring to put new guards on, for more gutter cleaning, and very possibly for other projects as they come up."
