"I contacted this company for a toilet that was having trouble flushing ? a simple issue that I expected to be a minor repair. Instead, the technician recommended a full replacement and charged me over $1,000 with no clear explanation or alternatives offered. The situation has only gotten worse. The newly installed toilet is now leaking and wobbling ? problems that never existed before their involvement. I am in a worse position than when I started, and the work this company was paid to perform is directly responsible. When I reached out to report these issues, I received no response. Multiple attempts to contact them have been met with complete silence. A company that was quick to collect payment has shown zero accountability when it comes to standing behind their work. I feel overcharged, misled, and ignored. The service was poor, the workmanship was substandard, and the customer service was nonexistent. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere."

They came out to access the situation, they used a camera and mapped out our plumbing lines. After diagnosing the issue, they did the work for less than 1/2 what was quoted by the other company. "I had a water leak coming from the attic. I thought it was the copper pipes coming from the waterheater in the garage going to the rear bathrooms. However, Matt came and discovered it was the supply line to the refrigerator that was routed through the ceiling ( unknown reason why) was frayed and leaking. Matt repaired and replaced the damaged supply line. Matt was professional, through and provided quality workmanship. "
