"I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to this company for the excellent work they performed in replacing the bathroom in my home. From the very first moment, they proved themselves to be highly responsible, punctual, and professional. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations; they paid attention to every detail, and the final result turned out beautifully. Their dedication and commitment to what they do are truly evident. Without a doubt, I recommend them 100%. It is difficult to find people who are this reliable and committed nowadays. Thank you so much for doing such an impeccable job. If you like, my dear, I can personalize this with the name of the company or the person who did the work for you, to make it even more special."

"I had a great experience working with Henry and Andre at IHM Plumbing. After searching everywhere for the best installation price for installing an electric water heater in my house it was a relief to talk to IHM. Not only did they pick up my water heater, Andre arrived and walked me through what he was doing. They are friendly, professional and polite and I will be hiring them for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!"

"This is the BEST contractor you will ever find! We always heard that contractors don’t call back, don’t meet deadlines, don’t show up as agreed, etc. We first met with the contractor with the intention of renovating a bathroom. We ended up doing two full bathrooms, a brand new kitchen, the garage, all closets, house lighting, porch renovation and more! They are fantastic. They show up every day on time with no exceptions. We always knew what the scope of the work for the day, week and month was. The team is reliable, honest and very respectful. They became family to us! The pay attention to the minimal detail and the materials they use are the highest quality. I can’t say enough how satisfied we are! We just signed to now also do the driveway pavers. Highly recommended!!!"

"They replaced sliding glass doors with storm doors & windows. The results were beautiful! My only complaint is now the rest of the house looks bad in comparison."

"One of the first companies that actually showed up on time, actually early for our appointment. They were extremely polite and organized. Alex did a phenomenal job with our installation. Professional and efficient. I would highly recommend to my friends and family."

"3 faucets were installed in my new house by Wade, I provided my faucets and he got to working asap! Great team of guys!"

"Spoke with Andre late Thursday afternoon. He quoted a price (several hundred dollars lower than other quotes) and scheduled me for the next morning. The representative, Dobrica, arrived early for the appointment. He checked the location to confirm adequate space for the new unit which was larger than the old unit and recommended a new shut off valve (the old unit was from 1994). He was very professional and his installation was top notch. It required major re-plumbing which he accomplished quickly. What amazed me the most is that the job was completed at the quoted price plus the cost of the optional shut off valve. I honestly expected some sort of additional cost to be added because some unexpected problems would pop up. But, NO, the quote was honored, and no attempt was made to get me to buy any additional parts. Having lived in South Florida since 1981, I've come to expect some sort of up-charge. Great to find an honest business!"

"I went with the solid surface shower with a glass barn door and then for the bath of my kid I had just a liner put on top. It broke some of the tiles this can happen but just one tile. It would have caused far more damage if I had completely replaced the tub. The installer went and bought me the same tile and reinstalled the one that broke, which I thought was amazing of him since tile work is not what they do. This brings me to this solid surface bathroom. Omg!!! It looks just like tile. I had never seen anything like this before! It is now so simple to clean the shower walls and floors, and I did not have to sacrifice the style of my bathroom!! I love the tile look, but I hate grout and it is not waterproof. Anyone who sees my bathroom now thinks it is tile. The barn door shower glass is gorgeous too. It all looks so modern and classy, and we get so many compliments. They worked all weekend to make sure it got done right and on time. The guys were just absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"I have spoken to many plumbers for a long time planning this work. MGR Plumbing was recommended in Nextdoor.com (as were others). I found Damian to be authentic and professional. He stood out from the others. He was in the neighborhood. I am a Realtor and I have access to many professionals. His price was excellent, and he is above all the best and I would recommend him for the future."

"I was under the impression that he was doing a cover but he said that he had paint that would do the job. It looked great. I put my bath mat back in the tub and my chair and after a few weeks the paint began to chip. He told me that I would not be able to have anything in the tubas it would ruin the paint. Now I need to find someone to do the cover as I wanted in the first place. He did work very hard and was sorry for what happened"
